Home Workout Plan
We wanted to do our bit in the light of the current worldwide health pandemic through developing a program that can be followed at home whilst in isolation.
Daily exercise is not only good for your emotional state, but also your mood, your motivation and your physical health. If your gym or facility has been ordered to close it doesn't mean you should give up on your fitness goals for the next few months.
In this program you will find workouts to suit all abilities and cover all aspects of training. you have the choices of using body weight, a resistance band or if you have single set of dumbbells, or in some cases the occasionally household item.
Each program will include, upper body workouts, lower body workouts and push and pull workouts.
